This initial consultation visit is free of charge, and there is no obligation to commit to our services whatsoever. The decision to move forward with our cleaning services is entirely up to you, and we respect your freedom to make the best choice for your needs.

1. CONSULTATION OUR PROCESS

Our team will visit your home to determine the current state of cleanliness. From here, we will work with you to establish your custom cleaning plan and the number of hours required. We will also discuss any additional services you may benefit from.

 

2. INITIAL CLEAN OR DEEP CLEAN

Depending on your initial assessment, a deep clean may be the first step in establishing your ongoing cleaning routine. If it's not required, we will get straight on to your usual cleaning plan.

Following this first clean, we will discuss with you any amendments that may be required for your plan.

 

3. MAINTENANCE

Your cleaning plan is now underway and you are a step closer to a beautiful, sparkling office or home and an easier life.

Our supervisors continuously monitor our cleaning teams to ensure the plan continues to meet your expectations, and we can adjust this at any time to suit any additional needs.

2. Standard End of Tenancy Task List

 

End of Tenancy and One-off Cleaning

Standard cleaning package (free of charge) includes steaming and disinfection (carpets, floors, and any other surfaces, excluding walls and ceilings).

 

Based on our personal experience, we have designed a thorough task list for our end-of-tenancy cleaning services and deep/spring cleaning services that will cover every inch and corner of your home. Our task list and quotations have been based on providing a high level of personalised and efficient service, which we are confident will provide you with total satisfaction and value for money.

Below is our standard task list that the cleaners complete on a one-off basis. However, if you wish, you can prepare your own list of requirements for the visit. This task list will help you in preparing your own cleaning list.

 

KITCHEN

 

  • cleaning and polishing all cupboards and drawers inside and out, remove stains, marks, dirt, and fingerprints*
  • clean the fridge and freezer inside and out,*
  • clean the hubs and oven outside*
  • clean the microwave inside and out, remove stains and marks where possible
  • clean and wash all tops and surfaces, polish where necessary
  • clean the extractor over the cooker*
  • clean and wash the sink, *remove limescale and polish
  • clean and wipe the door, remove marks and fingerprints where possible
  • dust lamp shape and light switches where possible
  • hovering and mopping the floor (if not carpeted)
  • steam cleaning of tiles and floors making it germ-free (charged extra)

 

BATHROOM/TOILET

 

  • clean and disinfect toilet seat inside and out, toilet bowl inside and out, polish where necessary
  • clean and wash the bathtub(shower cabin), polishing the tabs
  • clean and wash the tiles and between the tiles, *remove limescale
  • polishing mirrors and glasses
  • clean and wash all tops and surfaces, polish where necessary
  • clean the cabinets inside and out (if there are any)
  • clean and wash the sink, polish the taps
  • hovering and mopping the floor
  • clean and dust the fan (if possible)
  • clean and wipe the door, remove marks and fingerprints
  • steam cleaning of tiles and floors to remove stubborn dirt and kill germs (charged extra)

 

LIVING ROOM/DINNER

 

  • clean and wipe down doors and the door frame
  • any furniture outside only – *inside on request and additional time may require to take the belongings out and place them in after cleaning them
  • any sofas will be vacuumed, the cushions will be lifted and vacuumed underneath*
  • move light furniture (if possible), vacuum underneath and behind
  • clean and wipe skirting boards
  • clean and wipe and radiators
  • dust picture frames and lamp shapes
  • clean and wipe light switches, remove fingerprints and dirt

 

BEDROOMS

 

  • clean and wipe wardrobes and drawers outside, inside of wardrobes can only  be done if requested during booking  as extra time will be required to take belongings out of the wardrobes, clean inside, and put them back
  • dust and polish all tops and surfaces
  • wipe picture frames and lamp shapes
  • clean and wipe skirting boards
  • clean and wipe light switches, remove fingerprints and dirt
  • hovering and mopping the floor where necessary

 

ALL ROOMS

The prices will differ if you have additional bathrooms/kitchens/sitting areas/dining rooms/conservatories or extra rooms. 
The prices will differ depending on the materials we will have to provide and the equipment required to complete the job.

 

Why are prices "from"? The price depends on the state of the property and the time we will have to spend going through the cleaning process. In some cases, an additional service is required. 

You will know the price before we start, so there will be no surprises at the end or after our work is finished.

Carpets hovered and hard flooring cleaned.

Bedroom

Clean of furniture; mirrors, pictures, and glass; internal windows, doors, and skirting; light fixtures and fittings; cobwebs removed. Carpets hovered and hard flooring cleaned.

Living Room

Clean of units, cupboards, drawers, fixtures, and shelves; TVs and electronic equipment; furniture; mirrors, pictures, and glass; internal windows, doors, and skirting; light fixtures and fittings; cobwebs removed. Carpets hovered and hard flooring cleaned.

Stairs and Hallways

Clean of units, cupboards, drawers, fixtures, and shelves; furniture; mirrors, pictures, and glass; internal windows, doors, and skirting; light fixtures and fittings; cobwebs removed. Carpets hovered and hard flooring cleaned.

Optional Extras

As optional extras you can add appliance cleaning and carpet cleaning for a full end of tenancy clean.

General

 

Cleaning Tasks marked with an asterisk can take twice the time to perform. Please allow plenty of time when such tasks are required of the cleaner. Cleaning of Venetian blinds, inside the oven, furniture, and certain appliances needs to be specifically agreed on during booking, as they take considerably longer time to complete and the quote may differ.

(Wall cleaning is not included in end of tenancy cleaning).

Health and Safety:

 

For health and safety reasons, cleaners

  • are not allowed to work at heights or outside your property.
  • Cleaners are not allowed to work with volatile chemicals or in such environments.
  • Cleaners are not allowed to clean electrical items unless they are switched off from the mains.
  • Cleaners are not allowed to provide personal hygiene or clean human waste.
  • Cleaners are not allowed to lift heavy objects or furniture.

A cleaner is not a declutterer or organiser (unless they say so).

So, don’t expect us to declutter your home or office. If you want someone to remove the clutter from your house or office, you need to contact a professional service that specialises in that field or speak to us.

 

Treat your cleaner with respect.

You should be kind and professional to your cleaner. And if they do something wrong, you should try and remain as calm as possible and explain to them what it is you don’t like.

Also, remember that it may take time for a cleaner to learn how you like things done, so don’t be too hard on them if they don’t get the cleaning quite right immediately.

In short, be nice to your cleaner because you won’t get much out of any cleaning session if you’re rude to them.
